Problem statements-
When you are taking part at any online zoom or meet meeting using your internet platform. You can anyone LAN or Wireless technology. Especially during the COVID-19 period, we are using several meetings, seminars, workshops and demo presentations using Zoom or Meet cloud software at the online platform. We observed the following problem during programme time. It is bothering and sometimes make threats to the MIS department as profaneness of their familiarity. Problems we encounter are:
1. Network line disrupted from ISP to your organization.
2. Network line existed but your wireless connection is disrupted from Laptop or Desktop that you are using now.
3. Sometimes the connection is unstable for milliseconds and the Laptop or Desktop network is trying to restart. So the program was disrupted for few minutes. It creates big tension or panic at that moment.
4. It is written from practical experience encountered at the time of the training session.
Technology Solution Framework-
1. Always try to connect your Laptop or Desktop with LAN by RJ45 connector directly. 90 % solution is gotten. But still, the problem is remaining when the ISP line is failed.
2. Very smart 100 % reliable solution is that purchase a wireless pocket router. It must be a reputed brand like Cisco or TP-link. This pocket router will accommodate a mobile SIM inside. The pocket router will be connected with a Laptop or Desktop by a small length USB cable. This USB cable will accommodate both power and data transmission from the Laptop to the pocket router. Purchase a monthly internet package from your own mobile operator.
3. The writer is using now a TP-link router that was purchased in the amount of 4700 Bangladeshi takas. Now it is confirmed reliable network support. No network disruption had been seen. Tp-link router USB cable is connected with laptop USB port. When connected to the TP-link router then it behaves like LAN because the router is directly connected to the laptop. So did not experience any network disruption during the training session conducted.
