Use of document camera in a training classroom

It is an essential device in the classroom. Any page from paper, magazines, books or directly written hand notes can be viewed by training participants.

The device will be connected to a laptop and multimedia projector. There is a port.

It is helpful for a clear understanding of documents directly.

 

Training class equipment

A modern ICT-based training classroom will hold the following tools:

1. Laptop

2. Multimedia projector with screen

3. External Document Camera

5. Electronic White Board

6. Quality Sound System

Recommendations for using the website for training improvement

Website is the best tool by which two ways communication between training provider and trainer is established. Recommended the following online activities to provide to improve training. These activities are:

> e-Supervision

Where

First 20 = 20 slides per session

Second 6 = 6 lines per session

Third 6 = 6 words per line

Fourth 30 = Font size 30

> Faculty should use relevant pictures or diagrams with text in their slides. Using animation, audio, and video can accelerate the quality of the presentation.

> Faculty could use a hyperlink to link large documents with a PowerPoint presentation.
