Innovation is the implementation of new ideas to add some value to the organization, business and society to explore in some improved version. The ultimate matter is to bring change. Change is magic for innovation. It is adding value to something existing. Any person in an organization can contribute to innovation by branding the organization or business entity.

Similar words for innovation are change, alteration, revolution, upheaval, renovation, remodeling, recasting, and newness are seen in the dictionary or literature.

Invention-

The invention is a new idea for the creation of a new product that was not before. Science, research & development can be the way solution.
