The application of e-Governance and e-Government attributes is now seen in all public services that are provided for the citizen. Most of the private sector group of companies and SME are now proving services through ICT tools. Now life of Bangladesh citizen became ease are getting services at door steps. Knowledge based society (KBS) has been established. Bangladeshi workers work hard. So workers in Bangladesh are treated as unskilled and semi-skilled workers. The concept of knowledge based society (KBS) suggests us to convert hard worker to soft worker. Bangladesh will convert from labor intensive country to advanced knowledge based economy.
